The most glaring example involves Biden’s fact-challenged tirade against Georgia’s new voting law. At his first and only press conference, Biden declared the state’s efforts to protect against voter fraud were worse than Jim Crow, “un-American,” “sick,” and “despicable.” (This was the same press conference where moments later Biden bragged about how much time he’s spent with China’s genocidal communist dictator before calling him “a smart, smart guy.”)
In any case, everything Biden said about Georgia’s voting law was either a gross mischaracterization or an outright lie.
Even the Washington Post’s notoriously biased fact-checker had to admit as much, giving Biden four “Pinocchios” — its worst rating on the truth scale — for his claims.
Yet, Biden’s blatant falsehoods were enough to convince Major League Baseball, an army of CEOs, and various other leaders to threaten to punish Georgia and threaten any other state that dares try to protect their elections from fraud.
A Morning Consult poll found that while more people supported Georgia’s law than opposed it, the margin was thin — 42% said they support the law, while 36% oppose it. But, the survey also found that 62% of “avid” MLB fans supported the league’s decision to move the All-Star game out of Georgia because of this law.
Why?
Next consider Biden’s decision to turn a shooting rampage by a self-described sex addict, who killed eight people at massage parlors in Georgia — six of them Asian — to rid himself of temptation, into a claim that it was a hate crime.
Biden even rushed down to Atlanta to fan the flames, saying that “Documented incidents against — of hate against Asian Americans have seen a skyrocketing spike over the last year, let alone the ones that happened and never get reported.”
Except the shootings weren’t racially motivated. Hate crimes against Asians are relatively few in number — and many are perpetrated by blacks.
As Heather Mac Donald pointed out:
A black New Yorker is over six times as likely to commit a hate crime against an Asian as a white New Yorker, according to New York Police Department data. In 2020, blacks made up 50% of all suspects in anti-Asian attacks in New York City, even though blacks are 24% of the city’s population.
Yet, once Biden made his pronouncement, suddenly everyone was talking about hate crime against Asians and tying it to white supremacists (and Trump because he called COVID the China virus). This week the Senate moved a bill forward — by a 92 to 6 vote — called the Covid-19 Hate Crimes Act, which is supposed to “strengthen federal efforts to address hate crimes directed at Asian-Americans.”
Biden is getting pretty good at this.
He lies about the filibuster (National Review called them “brazen beyond belief”). He lies about the border crisis. He lies about his role in getting vaccines distributed. And everyone falls into lockstep.
Now, we know why the mainstream press parrots everything Biden says. They are nothing more than Democratic operatives with bylines, as Glenn Reynolds puts it on his Instapundit blog.
But why are corporate executives falling for it? Why are officials with sports leagues? Why are politicians in both parties bending to Biden’s reality distortion field?
How can someone who is barely lucid, who has trouble even reading his teleprompter, who — at best — eked out a presidential victory and — at worst — stole it, who has never had anything remotely like an enthusiastic following, suddenly hold such sway over so many people? How is he setting the national agenda?
Has the country truly gone this mad?

Using these vague “policy violations,” Google is now threatening to demonetize us. It’s part of Big Tech’s effort to silence conservative voices.
Why is everybody swallowing Biden’s lies? You have to ask? Because they want to and because he’s not Trump. Joe’s the anti-Trump par excellence – low energy, unintelligible – I’d go so far as to say unintelligent – non-confrontational, cowardly and , most important, controllable. Those were among the reasons he was picked to be Obama’s Veep and became the Dem’s nominee this time around. He’s about as exciting as instant vanilla pudding, which a lot of folks who should know better find reassuring.
I still believe he’ll not last out his term – he’ll be elbowed aside sometime between now and the end of his 2d year in office and Horizontal Harris will step in to save the day, becoming officially what she already is.
The left has been acting on lies since Obama. It is part of thier psycocis. It is what psychphants are.
No one I know is believing his lies. Then again, I don’t hang out with stupid people.

They are completely complicit in it.
For all practical purposes, essentially is no longer a two-party political system in this country.
There is the Uni-Party.
The corporate executives that are also complicit is likely a result of Globalism & Greed. They like their Monopolist perks and they don’t want anything to change with that which would make it possible for someone else to succeed in the marketplace.
Another reason could be these executives are being extorted by the Uni-Party. Either support the untruths the Uni-Party puts forth our be ready for the power of bully government coming down on you.
Something like what the politicians did to the Railroads way back in the day.
When the Railroads were not tithing to the politicians in an adequate amount as the politicians saw it, the politicians would extort the Railroad with talk of enacting codes that would require Rail-spikes be spaced at closer intervals, this being an astronomical expense on the Railroad.
One can only imagine how today any talk of Section 230 Changes encourages Big Tech contributions.
Great lead-in to a very important question. But why on earth would you not actually attempt to analyze the situation and provide an answer to your question? Big fail here. We live in a fascist state, minus the uniforms. Democrat operatives move back and forth between the permanent bureaucracy and corporate, and write the laws their partners want, crushing the small business.
This is just part of the lockstep they do, and it’s just more obvious. And will get increasingly dangerous to normals as it becomes more permanent.

I think the answer to “how?” lies somewhere between the drive of people to ensure a stolen election and the awareness of those who believe that voting doesn’t work anymore. Those who believe or could care less about the lies of a demented old puppet versus those who know and understand the truth but don’t see a solution from the other side of the aisle who lie just as much.
The swamp is truly very wide and very deep.
Those who swallow Biden’s hooey are those who somehow think that they, against all odds and history of like movements, will come out on top.

I don’t know if Joe Biden lies intentionally or if those who act as his ventriloquists by programming his teleprompter and his mind are the liars, probably some of both. Much of the media knows the lies are real and would scream bloody murder if a conservative told them, but our mainstream media is thoroughly corrupt and without shame and feels they are doing the Lord’s work by acting as propagandists for the woke rabble. Thus, there are no serious consequences for even blatant lies as they litter the airwaves of America. Prevarication is the new woke parlor game and while the absence of truthfulness beckons the confessional, the absence of conscience betrays its use. We need a media molt, new skin in the game, one with honor, honesty and shame as we shed the dense media mesh of lies and the stinging nettles of overt dishonesty.

Why are people believing Biden’s lies? The answer is simple. People are just plain stupid. Nothing complicated about it.
It’s the same system they have in China, where the leader says something and everyone agrees.
Your flaw in the story is that Biden is the one lying. The democrat party is not run by him nor does anything actually come from him. The whole scam is run by some entity that we have yet to fully identify….Biden, dems in Congress, the media….they are all controlled by the same globalists. That is why they can instantly all be on the same page using the exact same wording within hours or minutes of each other. Assuming anything actually comes from the WH now that that dementia ridden coot is there is the height of folly.
Old Joe is like finding out your pilot on a trans Pacific flight is Carlton the Doorman.
Biden clearly needs to be accountable for anything he says or claims that is untrue, but Trump put the bar so low it will be years before any meaningful standards are restored.
Here’s the simple answer: politics is no longer about what the government should or should not do. For the left, it’s become almost purely tribal. If the guy is in their tribe, he can do no wrong; if the other tribe, he can do no right.

It was once a crime “to imagine the King’s death”. The masses of peasants dutifully obeyed the law, not because they feared the Dream Police or thought the King immortal, but because they felt a superstitious and moral duty to keep thinking those good thoughts about the Man on the Throne.
The Average American peasant feels the same moral compunction to believe the president, whomever he may be, is something more than human and incapable of human weaknesses. They feel it is a crime (and dangerous!) to imagine the president’s venality and mental decay.
