Mr. Ramirez, a bit more research on your part would make this drawing more accurate and far less inflammatory. Americans do not have to subsidize the rest of the world in order for pharma to price their drugs equitably around the world. That’s a pharma concocted talking point.
So, is Ramirez against loering drug costs???
I cannot know Ramirez’ heart and mind but I do know that his cartoon suggests lowering YOUR drug costs (because you’re American) will result in death, destruction and fewer innovations. He suggests Pharma will stop being competitive if you don’t overpay. That is horsefeathers.
Did anyone notice from comments that Mr. Ramirez’s politics seem to be far to the left (progressive) on your viewers. Just saying.
