  • Mary Magdalene was witness to the crucifixion & had to run to tell the apostles..& yet some global governments don’t want women to have a say in our vote & our health care. Joanna, Susanna to name a few women supported Jesus through their own resources not looking for a payday bc they believed in the gospel of Jesus. Romans 16:6, 12 & Acts 18 share the women workers who helped Paul.

Then there is the poor Matthew 25:34-36 …I was hungry.., Mark 10:21-22…rich man.., Luke 14:12-14 when you give a banquet invite the poor.

All I’m trying to say in the last 50 years I have seen what Jesus taught be boiled down to what makes it ok to do cruelty for the benefit of a few. Read about the slave Bible that slave owners took out the parts that might create an uprising. What most people don’t realize or maybe don’t want to the Biblical people were people of color including Jesus.
