You could have put Biden on the medal for his cowardly, slow walking of the promised tanks, munitions and warplanes which might have ended the war months ago defeating Putin.
The Republicans are playing hardball to save our country, first, from the cowardly Biden!
I am confident that after saving the USA from Biden’s backward policy allowing millions of unknowns, very possibly thousands of terrorists and “evil doers”over our borders to fan out everywhere, then they will fund Ukraine. Not until then.
