Absurd. Russian Federation and their allies have been using extreme caution. The Azov Battalion located their firing positions in neighborhoods, schools, hospitals, violating the rules of war. Suggest you read and watch accounts of Mariupol residents before taking pen to paper. Retreating Ukrainian forces have routinely turned and fired upon residential areas. Perhaps had we not conducted regime change and trained, equipped and otherwise provided support to neo n@zi groups that have been on an ethnic cleansing pogram since 2014 all of this could have been avoided. Refer, the truth always bats last. And you are on the wrong side
