House Democrats already voted to ban right-to-work laws and crippled free-lancing in their so-called PRO Act — but that is held back in the Senate as long as the filibuster holds. So President Joe Biden has rolled that bill in its entirety into his monstrous proposed infrastructure-tax hikes package — perhaps hoping to sneak it by the Senate parliamentarian, that way to evade filibuster. This is an astonishingly radical proposal, but it does help clarify that all of the so-called green jobs (let a thousand Solyndras bloom!) under the Biden bill are likely to carry forced-unionism requirements.
