I am not sure your point on this cartoon. What I believe is happening concerning both the military and stimulus bills is it is the Democrats way of paying back all those they owe because they helped with the coup election. I am so angry over the fact that they have disqualified the American vote. Perhaps you might do a cartoon on that..
They, the elite deep state, do not want the great unwashed (ordinary people) to have a say in our government. How much longer before we no longer have a constitution?
