Obama To Trump: Don’t Use Military As Props (Use Them As Footmen)

Screen Shot 2020-08-20 at 8.17.59 AM

In his speech at the DNC on Thursday, Barack Obama scolded President Donald Trump for demeaning the military by using them for political purposes.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, he said, “understand that in this democracy, the commander in chief doesn’t use the men and women of our military, who are willing to risk everything to protect our nation, as political props.”

As the picture above shows, here’s how Obama believes our military men and women should be used.

We could go on and on and on about how Obama belittled the military, and how, in contrast, Trump has honored our men and women in uniform.

But the picture says far more than we could.

  • do you think Obama personally requested that marine hold an umbrella for him or as the Chief Executive he probably delegated that to someone else and so had nothing to do with it?? and if so what relevance does the photo have to Mr. Drone Strike supposedly, hilariously, being anti-military/anti-war

  • I think the one showing the captured sailors in the Iranian gunboat under armed guard is better because it shows the true nature of Obama’s feelings about America in the world….compare that with trump giving solemani a free trip to hell
