  • When I signed up for I&I I did not expect to receive so many emails… This morning there were 5 in my inbox! … While there is certainly valuable content this is way too many.. Consolidate your mail please!!!

    • Hi John, you can adjust the frequency of the emails by going to signing into the WordPress account you set up. You can change it to daily, or weekly, or every time we post something. It’s not a setting we control, however.
