On Sunday, Just the News reported on evidence it had obtained of how the FBI actively thwarted an investigation into the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to the 2016 election. On Tuesday, it reported newly disclosed evidence that the FBI ignored concerns about not having probable cause to mount its unprecedented raid on Donald Trump’s home in August 2022.
The fact that the chief federal law enforcement agency was subverting the law for obvious partisan reasons is a scandal almost without precedent. The fact that we are learning about the full extent of these abuses only years later makes it all the worse.
Here’s how Just the News reported the news about the Clinton Foundation.
A top Republican senator has provided Just the News a timeline written by FBI investigators laying out the repeated political obstruction those agents faced from their own bosses and the Justice Department during the 2016 election and beyond as they probed whether Hillary Clinton engaged in a pay-to-play corruption scheme involving her family foundation.
‘Field agents were frustrated. But HQ would not let it go forward,’ the newly released and lengthy investigative timeline reveals. ‘We were trying to explore the [Clinton] Foundation, and we were told “NO” by FBI HQ.’
… Altogether, the evidence makes clear that the DOJ, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, and other officials within the FBI placed hurdles in front of agents who believed they had evidence to justify a public integrity criminal case.

And here’s Just the News’ report on the Mar-a-Lago raid.
The FBI in summer 2022 raised repeated objections to raiding Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida, warning agents did not believe the Biden Justice Department had enough evidence to establish ‘probable cause’ that the then-former president had broken the law in handling classified documents, according to bombshell memos turned over Tuesday to Congress.
… The declassified emails chronicle the specific concerns that DOJ under President Joe Biden had not met the standard for a search warrant, but proceeded anyway, officials said.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley posted on X that “Based on the records, Mar-a-Lago raid was a miscarriage of justice.”
Indeed.
But put them together, and they are worse than a miscarriage of justice. They are an attack on the very fabric of our republic. They are the workings of a police state that Democrats want to create to keep themselves in power and their political opponents in jail.
Nothing Trump has done, or that his critics accuse him of doing, compares to this. Nothing.

While they were waging lawfare against Trump, the Democrats violated nine out of the ten Amendments that make up the Bill of Rights.
The violations included gag orders, illegal search and seizure, denial of trial by jury, failure to specify each charge in a court of law, lack of due process, excessive fines, illegal prosecution of federal crimes in state courts, and even confiscation of his guns because NY state bans convicted felons from owning firearms. The only one that they didn’t violate was the 3rd Amendment, which prohibits them from putting troops in private homes without permission.
Once the legal precedents for these blatant violations of the Constitution have been created, the deep state can use them against everyone who annoys them. If even a former President who is a billionaire can’t stop them from having two tiers of ‘justice’, then the average Joe doesn’t have a chance of winning against the forces of evil inside our own government.

So what? Will anything come from these revelations? Will the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation be held accountable? Will Andy McCabe be indicted and prosecuted? Will Merrick Garland be subpoenaed by the Judiciary Committee, to provide testimony, as to why his DOJ went rogue?
Of course not! The Deep State and its charter members are above the law. It’s all so predictable. Democrats commit outrageous violations of the law against their political opponents and then just walk away from it all. Free to do it again.
And will anything happen now that we know this? Is there any accountability in government? Will the Senate Republicans remove the silent filibuster now that they know how far the democrats will go when they are in power? No, to all of it.
We have been ambushed. They took decades to do it, but they have installed the insurrectionist judicial system they need to deny Americans all rights as listed in the Bill of Rights.
They definitely need new leadership in the FBI and CIA
