I & I Editorial BoardSince the election, not-soon-enough-to-be-former President Joe Biden has provided a steady stream of reminders as to why the nation will be glad to be rid of him. His unique mixture of incompetence, cluelessness, disdain, arrogance, and sleaziness has been on full display.
Consider what Biden managed in a few short weeks.
The unprecedented, sweeping pardon of his son Hunter made a mockery of not only his solemn pledge that he’d trust the justice system but managed to infuriate every Democratic leader and media fanboy who’d sung his praises for that pledge.
The mysterious appearance of drone swarms around the country has showcased the ineptitude of Biden’s administration, which has attempted to: 1) tell Americans that they must be mistaken, 2) reassure everyone that the drones pose no threat and 3) admit that it has absolutely no idea what’s going on with these drone flights.
The administration’s muddied responses sparked bipartisan outrage. New York’s Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul complained that “this has gone too far” after drones temporarily shut down runways at New York Stewart International Airport.
Biden’s decision to commute nearly 1,500 sentences for people – who, he said, “have shown that they deserve a second chance” – and pardon 39 others has raised hackles, even among the mainstream media.
NBC News led its story this way:
A county commissioner who was convicted of taking nearly half a million dollars’ worth of bribes, including a stone-fired pizza oven; a tax attorney wrapped up in the “biggest tax fraud prosecution ever”; and the owner of a Detroit-area Medicare billing company who orchestrated a $26 million Medicare fraud.
CNN ran a story with this headline: “Victims ‘shocked’ after Biden grants clemency to ‘kids for cash’ judge and $54 million embezzler.”
The “kids for cash” judge refers to Michael Conahan, who was convicted of “funneling juveniles to for-profit detention centers in exchange for more than $2 million in kickbacks.” One of those juveniles committed suicide. Now we learn that Biden acted “without considering the specifics of his case.”
Pennsylvania’s Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro called it “absolutely wrong” and said Biden “created a lot of pain here in northeastern Pennsylvania.”
Meanwhile, Biden’s decision to auction off pieces of Donald Trump’s border wall – which had been sitting around for four years – will cost taxpayers twice. The government will collect pennies on the dollar for these parts, and then Trump will have to buy them again to finish the wall.
That’s a hefty price to pay to hamstring the next president.
(Fox News reported yesterday that Texas officials are planning to “buy and store border wall materials” and “give it to Donald Trump.”)
To further underscore Biden’s disdain for taxpayers, he’s instructed his people to spend as much money as they can in their final weeks because Trump has promised to rescind unspent funds for Biden boondoggles such as the Inflation Reduction Act.
Biden’s chief of staff Jeff Zients called it a “sprint to the finish line” to “get as much done as possible for the American people.”
We call it another stick in the eye of taxpayers.
Finally, there was Biden’s speech last week in which he once again cluelessly bragged about how great the economy has been on his watch – a claim that voters just overwhelmingly rejected – and repeated the lies that he’d “rescued” the economy and created “over 16 million new jobs.” Even the teleprompter couldn’t take it anymore and shorted out halfway through his speech.
News reports say Biden is trying to protect his legacy. We agree. He’s sealing his failures in amber.

Scranton should change the name of “Biden Street” to “Navy Biden Street” to memorialize the utter contempt that the Biden family has shown for America’s children, even their own flesh and blood.
Navy Biden is the grandchild of Joseph Biden, and the daughter of Hunter Biden and a former stripper. Hunter Biden was kicked out of the US Navy after he tested positive for cocaine. Navy’s mom has a wicked sense of humor.

Not only is he the worst President ever he’s also the worst shadow President ever. Thank God Trump is assuming the Presidency-not officially but de facto.
It’s amazing that-in effect-Biden has abdicated his Presidency-and not a word from the Main Stream Media.
Although, it is a shame that Biden was officially elected President in 2020-what is more of a tragedy is that he actually assumed office. If he hadn’t then we wouldn’t have had the debacle called the Afghanistan withdrawal; we wouldn’t have had the inflationary spiral leading to high prices and relatively low wages; we wouldn’t have our monumental debt; we wouldn’t have gangs of immigrants roaming the streets of the USA; illegal immigration wouldn’t be an issue or threat; our foreign policy wouldn’t have incited wars; China wouldn’t be as strong as it is; we wouldn’t have a justice system, electoral system or intelligence agencies that were all incompetent and corrupt.
And the above is just a little of the contagion Biden has spread across our nation (Oh, yes. He also instituted mandates, mask wearing, internal passports; not to mention unveiling, administrating and aiding the out of control corruption at the NIH and Big Pharma).
What a piece of work President Biden is.
You’ll notice that these pardons, involve those folks scamming people for coin. Guess it’s true. Biden’s “birds of a feather flock together.” And poop on taxpaying Americans.

Trump is easily the worst president in history.
He was a constant international embarrassment, he gutted our diplomatic corps for no discernable benefit, betrayed our allies, committed numerous crimes, surrounded himself with criminals, downplayed COVID, totally abdicated leadership during COVID and left office with the worst economy since Herbert Hoover, but not before attempting a coup.
Whoopsie daisy, Grayson… went a little heavy on the kook-aide, did we?

Mindlessly parroting talking points is as ignorant as mindlessly partisan voting, and the two are indelibly connected. In an Information Age, those who choose to be indoctrinated heap scorn upon their own heads. Dig deeper into the facts of current events instead of regurgitating the words of mainstream media talking heads before you’re so quick to opine. Garbage in, garbage out.
Many of us knew that Below Average Joe would be a mediocre president at best, but few could have predicted the sheer incompetence, dishonesty, futility, and criminality of this president. Every decision he made was directly in opposition to the needs of the country – he sucked in a way and to an extent that was breathtaking to watch. Even the catamite media are finally saying it. His Cabinet sucked / not a one of them even remotely qualified, or competent.
A failed presidency of truly epic proportions, the Biden term will most certainly be deemed a complete failure, even worse than Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama, both colossal failures in their own right.
The last time a Democrat official criticized Biden or his policies, he found himself under indictment (think Mayor Adams). Let’s see what happens to Shapiro.
As for your list, that’s just in the past year. Think of the four years or nincompoopery we’ve had to deal with: from skyrocketing ‘transitory’ inflation to the Afghanistan pullout to Covid mandates to soaring energy prices to welcoming over 10 million illegals into the US to the complete bungling of the Israel and Ukraine wars.
Joe Biden is a meat puppet controlled by psychotic progressives who are hell-bent on reshaping America based on their twisted ideals. Jan 20 won’t come soon enough.
When every battle MUST be won, when EVERY hill is THE HILL to die on, nothing is priority. Stop the republican firing squads until both houses and the WH are under republican control.

Yes, Bide led the US to the best economic recovery from Covid of any major economy, lowest inflation of the g7, also best unemployment, highest growth, record stock market, record oil production. Yeah, that’s the worst… yes Afghanistan withdrawal was a disaster but it did let us contribute to Ukraine and Israel, where we would have been hamstrung otherwise like Russia was in Syria last week. Not to mention the chips act and the IRA which boosted solar production above coal, with no ongoing costs. If Trump can beat this economic result, that would be fantastic. He’s never done it before, bankrupting so many companies and killing off the us economy at the end of his last term by failing the 3am call, but let’s hope the 10th time is the charm.
