Hard Evidence Warranting The Impeachment Of Joe Biden

In a staggering act of journalistic deceit, the New York Times is reporting that Republicans launched an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden without any “evidence of financial wrongdoing or corruption by the president.” Similar statements have been made by a massive array of media outlets and Democrat politicians.

In reality, overwhelming proof of Joe Biden’s corruption and wrongdoing has been found, including hard evidence like written records and corroborated testimonies from first-hand witnesses. Collectively, at least 12 sets of documented facts leave no reasonable doubt that Biden participated in his son’s illicit business deals, bribed foreign officials, and obstructed justice.

Moreover, no less than three major defenses of Biden are demonstrably false.

1) “Don’t Mention Joe”

Joe Biden claimed at least eight times that he had nothing to do with his son Hunter’s business dealings and never even spoke to Hunter about them. For example, he told a group of reporters on August 28, 2019:

I have never discussed with my son, or my brother, or anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses, period.

In May 2017, two of Hunter’s business partners exchanged several WhatsApp messages about the Biden family’s involvement in their dealings, and one of the partners wrote to the other:

Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid.

2) “A Chairman’s Role”

In 2023, the business partner who was on the receiving end of the “Don’t mention Joe” message stated:

The American people don’t fully appreciate yet the key role Joe Biden played in the Biden family global influence-peddling… I would equate it to a chairman’s role in a traditional business structure.

3) “The Big Guy”

In May 2017, the same partner who wrote “Don’t mention Joe” sent an email to Hunter and two of their other partners in which he proposed how the “equity” of a joint venture with a Chinese energy company named CEFC would be “distributed.”

He did by listing the initials of the people copied on the email and numbers that add up to 100%. The last one says, “10 held by H for the big guy?”

The only person copied on the email with the initial “H” is Hunter Biden, and a partner who received the email publicly stated that “the big guy” is “in fact a reference to Joe Biden” and the “email is genuine.”

CEFC was not an ordinary business but an effective arm of the Chinese government. In a 2018 voice recording, Hunter Biden described one of the company’s executives who directly paid Hunter $1 million as the “spy chief of China.”

4) “Sitting Here With My Father”

On July 30, 2017, Hunter Biden sent a threatening WhatsApp message to a CEFC executive stating:

  • “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.”
  • “Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.”
  • “If I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you,” the chairman, or another executive named Zhang, “I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.”
  • “I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”

Four photographs prove that Hunter was at Joe’s house that day and took Joe’s cherished Corvette out for a spin.

One week later on August 8, a major corporate shareholder of CEFC wired $5 million to a company named Hudson West III, which had a bank account balance of zero just five days earlier. This company then funneled more than $4 million to companies associated with Hunter.

5) “His BROTHER”

Two and a half weeks after that $5 million wire, Hunter texted a CEFC executive about a meeting at New York City penthouse recently purchased by the chairman of CEFC, “My uncle will be here with his BROTHER who would like to say hello to the Chairman.”

The “uncle” was Jim Biden, who made $65,000 per month on this deal. The “BROTHER” was undoubtedly Joe Biden, as evidenced by Hunter’s use of ALL CAPS and the fact that Hunter invoked his father to threaten CEFC one month earlier.

There is plenty more evidence. Continue reading on Just Facts Daily …

  • Hard evidence, yes, of course to impeach Joe Biden, but how about impeaching him first and foremost for incompetence?
Incompetence for the job he is being paid to do, for heaven’s sake!
Could Biden ever have been deemed competent enough to be President?
    Twice before voters said, “No.”
Many have plausible doubts, this third time around, whether he actually is the president now.

Just a short list of his gross incompetence and irresponsibility: Southern border, Afghanistan, timidity about supplying Ukraine with weapons, ( his turnaround about supporting Israel against Hummus, Trump’s word, is an out of character good sign, ) manipulating the economy for political and green energy purposes instead of strengthening the US, weakening the military, embarrassing the USA with every speech, embarrassing the USA with his VP selection, “creating mediocrity out of excellence everywhere” by his insistence on the sophomoric delusions of DEI, and you name an issue, Biden has screwed it up. You could add, impeaching him for lying about everything, like that nerdy kid on the playground who lied about everything, too, trying to impress the big kids.

Incompetence is his first impeachable offense, corruption is next and just plain common as a sidewalk stupidity is his next offense.

    • Incompetence isn’t a “high crime or misdemeanor.” Bribery is a stand-alone impeachable offense listed in the Constitution.

    • You just read proof of Joe’s corruption, proof he lied when he said he never talked to his son or brother about business and said in a debate with Donald Trump that Hunter did not make any money from China. What is your motivation for pretending Joe using his position as VP to enrich his family is a nothing burger? He sold his office and his influence, which is ILLEGAL. He is corrupt, he is a liar, he is incompetent, he has dementia. Why would anyone defend this human piece of garbage?

    • “Nothing” because you don’t see anything wrong with what’s been shown, or because you don’t care, since he’s a Democrat? The first makes you willfully blind, and the second makes you an unethical partisan hack. Which is it?

    • Your saying such a moronic thing does NOTHING to dispute the actual EVIDENCE presented. And this was only a dribble of the evidence that has been made public!

  • Will never happen no matter how justified. Dems in power, MSM control the news and the Republicans are feckless.

  • This is Biden not Trump the Senate and Congress who refuse to do their duity and have Beden Impeached are Traitors/Globalists
